These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drive Lane Motors website and your participation in our text messaging (SMS) program. By using this site or providing your consent to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in to text messages.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
The sections below describe our text messaging program. They apply to anyone who provides a mobile number and consents to receive messages from Drive Lane Motors.
1. Program description
When you opt in, Drive Lane Motors may send you text messages related to your inquiry and our business. You may choose to receive two separate categories of messages, each with its own consent:
- Marketing messages — promotions, special offers, price drops, and new-inventory alerts.
- Non-marketing (transactional) messages — inquiry responses, appointment reminders, and transaction updates.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on your interactions with us and the category of messages you opt in to receive.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Drive Lane Motorsdoes not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply.
4. Opt out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request. To opt back in, sign up again as you did the first time.
5. Help — HELP
If you are experiencing problems with the messaging program or need assistance, reply with the keyword HELP for help, or contact us at info@drivelanemotors.com or (571) 520-0929.
6. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that the mobile number you provide is your own or one you are authorized to enroll. Notify us promptly if your number changes or is reassigned.
8. Privacy
Information you share with us, including your mobile number and messaging consent, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your information or messaging consent data to third parties.
Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Vehicle availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change and should be confirmed with us directly. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
